Disc brake rear axle technical description
The motor used in the disc brake rear axle is mainly composed of silicon steel sheets, enameled wires, magnets, discs, bridge packs, etc., suitable for small cargo and small 3-wheel sealed vehicles, and consists of a brake disc connected to the wheel And the brake caliper on the edge of the disc. When braking, push the brake block to clamp the brake disc to produce a braking effect. Disc brakes are sometimes called disc brakes. They are divided into ordinary disc brakes and ventilated disc brakes. Ventilated disc brakes are drilled with many circular ventilation holes on the disc surface, or cut out ventilation slots on the end surface of the disc or prefabricated rectangular ventilation holes. Ventilated disc brakes use the effect of air flow, and their cooling and heating effects are better than ordinary disc brakes. The main advantage of the disc brake is that it can brake quickly when braking at high speed, the heat dissipation effect is better than that of the drum brake, and the braking efficiency is good. Using metal blocks (discs) instead of drums, there is a flat brake shoe on both sides of the brake disc. When the hydraulic pressure from the brake master cylinder is sent to the sub-cylinder, the brake shoe is clamped to the brake disc to achieve brake tightness. Effect.
At present, Nanpu disc brake type rear axle has been developed from low-power models to high-power models, basically forming a disc brake type rear axle braking system for integrated, split, large and small vehicles.
